Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At Aura Mind Clinic, appointment times are reserved for each client. We understand that plans can change and unexpected situations may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask you to provide as much notice as possible.
Providing advance notice allows us to offer the appointment to someone else who may be waiting for support.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
If you need to change your appointment, please contact Aura Mind Clinic by phone or through the clinic's approved contact method as soon as you know your plans need to change.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Our Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Rescheduling on the Same Day
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment fee.

Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not notified the clinic, a 100% fee of the booked appointment cost may apply.

Late Arrivals
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled in-person appointment. If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the originally scheduled time, and the full appointment fee may still apply.
For telehealth appointments, please be ready to join at your scheduled time.

Outstanding Fees
Any outstanding cancellation or missed appointment fees may need to be settled before another appointment can be booked.
Unexpected Circumstances and Emergencies
We understand that illness, emergencies and unexpected circumstances can sometimes make it difficult to attend an appointment or provide the required notice.
If this happens, please contact the clinic as soon as you are able. Requests to waive a cancellation fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
